For businesses and employers, Ashley provides immigration solutions for hiring foreign workers through Canada's work permit and exemption frameworks.

Ashley has significant experience in complex immigration matters and regularly assists clients with inadmissibility issues, refusals, non-compliance, and humanitarian and compassionate applications.

She also acts for clients in litigation matters before the Federal Court of Canada and the Immigration and Refugee Board.
